An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for a Global Senior Brand Manager (Skincare) based at Unilever's prestigious facility in Blackfriars, London. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 8 months starting ASAP, working a 36.25 hour week, paying up to £55,315 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

This is an unparalleled SBM opportunity for an individual who wants a stretching role on a flagship brand at a key moment in the Hand & Body category's development for Dove.

This unique global marketing role will provide a wide scope for project management, creative development, and multi-channel multi-market exposure across both innovation & communication, with key strategic deliverables.

Key Accountabilities:

* Drive key innovation and communications projects with a global focus to deliver the growth agenda for Dove H&B.
* Deliver breakthrough product innovations for the brand by leading and motivating cross-functional teams and agency partners.
* Lead all areas of mix development throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development, comms origination and development to capability building.
* Support GBDD on longer term strategic development of activity plans & innovation funnel: identifying opportunities for growth in existing & new geographies
* Develop differentiated language, strong claims & communications for the brand by working closely with CMI, R&D and creative agencies to identify opportunities to take DermaSpa comms to the next level.
* Engage with the full global Dove Skin Care brand community by fostering a spirit of co-creation and collaboration between global and local teams, bringing an entrepreneurial and challenger mind-set to the brand.

Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications:

* Interest in personal care with a passion for beauty and skincare!
* Strong experience in Marketing, in particular Brand Development.
* Strong eye for beauty and aesthetic detail to deliver premium assets across media channels
* Global mind-set: natural curiosity for understanding different perspectives and comfortable collaborating with teams across cultures and time-zones.
* Proven record in Project Management, successfully managing multiple projects, fast-track timings and building high performing, often virtual, cross-functional project teams.
* Proven track record in launching global innovation and developing communication, combining strategic thinking with a creative mind-set.
* Excellence in storytelling and influencing (verbal & written skills).
* Strong organizational understanding and ability to align & manage a large network of senior stakeholders
* Self-starter capable of working independently, holding self and others accountable.
* Business acumen, analytical thinking & rigour.
