The Role: The successful Regional Sales Manager will be tasked with managing a great portfolio of accounts in the independent pub sector, as well as dealing with wholesalers and distributors. You will be talking to business owners and managers, negotiating and managing loan agreements, retrospective discounts and POS materials. Some time will also be spent on business development activities, with great leads from their telesales team as well as referrals.

The Company: With over a century of brewing excellence behind them and an extremely well-reputed product portfolio, our client produces a range of ales as well as distributing wines, spirits and soft drinks. They are currently looking to add a new Regional Sales Manager to their team in the Midlands.

For this Regional Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • You will ideally have sold a branded product and have dealt with a large portfolio of products
  • Polished and ambitious candidates with plenty of drive will do well here
