Genuine career opportunity to join a well established company based in King’s Lynn recruiting for a National Account Manager. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts as well as developing new accounts. You will be a confident communicator with ability to speak to people at different levels you will also be able to accurately forecast and analyse performance data to drive forward or review the business strategy.

You will be responsible for:

  • Daily outgoing calls to all your customers, building relationships, raise product awareness to distributors and proactively seeking new opportunities.

  • Daily outgoing calls to prospect customers.

  • Managing pricing with a clear focus on Growth and Margin, minimizing business risk.

  • Sell Value added concepts and solutions to the Client

  • Demonstrate Equipment and products.

  • Identify new opportunities with the client at all levels.

You will have:

  • Excellent knowledge of sales procedures with experience in planning, reporting and managing sales

  • Proven ability to grow businesses through, relationship building, continually driving for new business and a solution driven approach.

  • An effective presenter, communicator and relationship builder at all levels, with the ability to understand and translate the business needs of organisations and individuals

  • Customer service driven; highly responsive with analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Be able to work as part of team and motivate colleagues.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 08.00am until 5pm - you will be office based 2 days a week in the Kings Lynn office and travelling around the country (with overnight stay from time to time).
