This is an exciting opportunity for a strong sales controller / sales manager / transaction manager to join a very successful prestige dealership in North Wales.
This is an award winning dealership with an enviable reputation for the way they treat their customers and staff.
Our office has personally placed 3 key management staff at this site over the last 10 years and they are all still there..!
You will be working with a team of 6 sales executives and support staff that include transaction and business managers.
As the brand increase targets and expectations my clients business has evolved and they are moving away from a traditional structure with a General Sales Manager. Moving forward they require someone additional - to operate as a Used Car Sales Manager alongside their existing GSM (who will manager the New Car department).
This will allow the business and its staff to provide a quality customer experience every time, whilst also delivering an increase in profit and F&I performance.
This position requires someone with high energy, drive and determination and real day-to-day leadership qualities. As well as a proven track record in the motor trade.
The dealership has plenty of inquiries and an excellent product range - the key is to keep on driving it forward whilst increasing their profit levels along with incremental volume growth.
