Our client is looking for a chef to cook for and represent a well established hotel.
Experience as a head chef required.

Successful candidates who get through the interview stage will be expected to work a trial day in the kitchen as part of the interviewing process.
Salary will be between £27,000 - £28,500 per annum as well as a share in the gratuities.
Job Type: Full-time- hours will vary- working 5 out of days a week- and the shift will either be an early of evening (close)

Required experience:
• Similar Role: 2 years
• Sous Chef: 2 years

Required licences or certifications:
• NVQ Level 3 Food Safety
• NVQ Level 3 Health & Safety
• Driving License essential
