We are looking for an excellent communicator with a demonstrable track record in managing stakeholder relationships to provide specialist advice, and support other colleagues in responding to serious anti-social behaviour affecting our customers and the wider community.

With practical experience and a successful track record in ASB case management you will use your knowledge and understanding of all relevant legislation and legal remedies to ensure that cases are dealt with swiftly and in accordance with Policy and Strategy timescales.

You must have the ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships and ensure engagement with residents in the development and continuous improvement of anti-social behaviour services, as well as developing effective links and partnerships with relevant voluntary and partner agencies.

Applicants must have experience of pursuing legal action and case/ evidence preparation along with experience in assessing high level risk cases, analysing needs and implementing support plans to deliver positive outcomes

Applicants must be able to travel across regions as required.
