Purchase Ledger Assistant
My client, an international Law Firm with their Head Office based in Sheffield, are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their busy and diverse Accounts department.
This busy and diverse role will suit an individual who has experience working with high volumes of data in a demanding environment. As a Purchase Ledger Assistant you will process invoices for our clients and nominal accounts.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, building relationships internally and externally, manage queries and general administrative duties.
Code and check invoices
Work out VAT payments (so you'll finally be able to use your GCSE maths)
Pay out money via BACS or by cheque
Check and reconcile supplier statements
File invoices and statements
Deal with purchase enquiries
Process staff expenses
