At Chesterfield we have a very stable staff base and due to expansion we are recruiting a New & Used Car Business Manager to continue delivering high calibre of customer experience.

As Business Manager your role is to lead your sales team to deliver exceptional customer experience and to deliver maximised profitability. Managing a controlled sales process you will serve and support Sales Executives to sell a combination of new and/or used vehicle and a range of add-on products, finance and asset protection products. You will energise and deliver sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration and generate buzz and enthusiasm in the team.

You must have the ability to deliver consistently against performance targets.
