Regional Sales Manager, Fleet Services, East Midlands

Up to £50k base, up to 20% OTE, plus car and benefits


The role

Is leading, managing, mentoring and coaching a field sales team so that targets for volume and profit are achieved. Your team are activity focussed ensuring positive, intelligent and regular customer engagement as their route to success. The role is primarily field based and requires ongoing 121 coaching with your team to maintain both skill levels and performance.

Their success and approach to market in the SME sector is based on consistent and focussed 'calling’ centred, sales activity.

About you

You are a proven sales professional with a 'coaching’ based management style. You have significant experience in managing an activity-driven sales process and your natural approach is 'out there’ with your team, maximising your time in the field to embed skills and ensure motivation. Some experience or understanding of the Commercial Vehicle sector is an advantage but not essential.
