Our Financial Services client based in Slough are seeking a Performance Coach to join their expanding team. As a Performance Coach you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Management team embed a culture of strong customer conduct, through assessing, measuring and enhancing the performance of front-line teams.
You will be effectively coaching individuals to raise the bar on performance, the role holder will work in partnership with Team Managers & Operations Managers to develop and grow individuals in a way that achieves the individuals own development plan actions, and by ensuring role competence is maintained and exceeded in line with the Training & Competence Scheme.
Our client would ideally like a candidate who comes from a Financial Services background within a similar role however they would consider proven experience in coaching individuals to enhance performance within a large call centre environment.
They are offering a basic salary of up to £35,000 with a 10% bonus, pension, holiday pay and a number of other great benefits.
