Employment Solicitor for Leeds
Here at CRA we are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist law firm with a niche understanding of housing and social care laws. The firm have offices Nationwide and are always looking to develop further. It is for their office in Leeds that they are looking to take on a Solicitor to join their growing Employment Team.
The team are renowned for providing a comprehensive service based on their clients' needs. For this reason, candidates are anticipated to have recently qualified, or have up to 4 years' experience managing a caseload of Litigated Employment matters. If NQ, candidates are anticipated to have completed a recent seat within Employment.
The firm deal with matters from a respondent perspective and would be looking for someone to have mirrored this experience moving forward. With a lot of work being done for the NHS it offers the opportunity to give back to the community.
The firm are incredibly keen on finding the right fit, and in return offer a friendly, approachable working environment with a good work/life balance. The firm have doubled in size over the past few years and are looking to take someone on who shares the enthusiasm to help the firm continue to grow again.
Salary is commensurate with experience and is anticipated to rise with further efforts.
