Job title- Office Coordinator

Location- Billingshurst

Salary- up to £22,000 depending on experience

Our client, an expanding company, has an urgent requirement for a Office Administrator to join their team, although they are willing to wait for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will have access to their own transport due to rural location.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • General Office Administration duties
  • Translating documents
  • Typing quotes and letters
  • Dealing with supplier and contractors
  • Tracking machinery
  • Spreadsheets
  • Record keeping, mostly relating to vehicle maintenance

Skills:

  • Good communication
  • IT Skills - Especially Excel - Formulas
  • Timekeeping
  • Attention to detail
  • Administration experience

This role offers working hours of 8am- 4pm Monday to Friday and free parking.
