Pastry Head Chef - Fine dining / AA rosettes - Monday to Friday

My client based in Sloane Square is a leading London 4AA rosettes fine dining restaurant where the team is headed up by one of the brightest and most talented Head Chefs in the UK.

The restaurant received several awards, and now working towards their 5th AA rosettes, everything is prepared from fresh and they have their own vegetable and herbs garden as well.

Due to their popularity and success they are now looking to recruit a Pastry Head Chef.

The ideal Pastry Head Chef must have fine dining / Michelin experience, manage a team including 1 Pastry Commis and 1 Pastry Chef de Partie.

The Pastry Head Chef will also be responsible in making the restaurant breads and working at the cutting edge of Pastry making

Monday to Friday role, opened only for dinner from 6.30pm to 10.00pm, salary of £40,000 per year, immediate start
