Salary:            £24k basic salary + uncapped earnings + generous company benefits 
                      (including company holiday incentives and shares) 
Location:            London, Nottingham or Wilmslow

The Role:

- As Trainee Business Development Manager for Pareto Executive, you will be the face of the division both internally and externally with clients
- Develop new business sales opportunities via our sales channel and direct with the end-user
- Establish, nurture and close business with existing client relationships (internally and with external clients) through strong account management.
- Manage and develop your own territory
- Work to and achieve or exceed set targets.
- Networking with both candidates and clients, in face to face meetings and through social media interaction to generate further new business opportunities

The key skills and background for the Trainee Business Development Executive include:

- Sales including new business and account management of clients
- Consultative sales technique with ability to develop a conceptual sale
- The gravitas to be able to work at ‘C’ Level
- Excellent networking skills
- A proven track record of achieving set goals
- A successful track record of generating and closing business
- Previous experience of meeting targets and adapting practice to improve results
