My client is a leading equestrian distributor, supplying a range of more than 7000 product lines to over 1500 retailers. The business was incorporated in July 2006 as a result of the merger of two of the leading equestrian distributors in the UK.
My client requires the ideal candidate to have a genuine interest in equine, this can be work history or a passion.
Your main responsibilities would include:
Maximising sales opportunities on all calls
Targeting customers with promotions and offers
Analysing your own customer buying habits
Outbound & inbound calls
Processing customer orders and queries
Maintain customer records
We have a rare vacancy for an office based Sales Executive to join our busy team based just outside New Romney in Kent. As well as being self motivated and having exceptional communication and organisational skills, quick thinking and problem solving are key requirements to this role.
If selected for interview,we will be asking you to show how you have been able to develop sales in previous roles and forged new relationships.
An excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with both customers and colleagues is crucial. Therefore, your personality and team fit are as important as your selling skills.
You must have some equine knowledge, to assist you in selling our broad spectrum of products.
We are offering a package of attractive basic salary of £18,000 plus commission.
