Business Development Executive / Lead Generator - Salary from £23k - £28k Basic + Commission + Benefits including: 25 days paid holiday, pension scheme and private healthcare.

Our client is an International SAAS (Software as a Service) provider who provide a range of online web based solutions with offices throughout the world. As a company they have grown by more than 50% in each of the last 3 years and are looking to expand their sales team.

About the role of Business Development Executive / Lead Generator

We are looking to recruit for a Business Development Executive / Lead Generator to develop new leads and book sales appointments with senior level decision makers of companies within the UK.

Based in Central London in vibrant and ultra cool offices the Business Development Executive is an essential contributor to the performance of the sales function and supports one of several Sales Executive / Business Development Managers.

You will receive fantastic training and ongoing development and successful candidates will have the opportunity to move into a Business Development or Account Manager role with very high earning potential.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months Inside Sales / B 2 B Sales or Telemarketing experience preffered however we would also consider recent graduates who are keen to break into sales
  • Degree educated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm and drive to work independently as well as within a team
  • Competitive and goal orientated
