Reed Education are currently working with a BD7 school to find Outstanding practitioners for Key Stage 2. We are currently in need of a teacher in Year 4 teacher to work through the summer term. This class have had a tough year so need a teacher who is caring and able to manage their behaviour innovatively. They have a range of abilities in the class, including some extremely gifted and talented pupils who need to be constantly challenged to ensure that they reach their potential.

Behaviour in the school is outstanding and the leadership team provide support to make sure that you provide the best education to the students possible. There is a strong coaching programme in the school which is evident by the number of NQTs and RQTs that work in the school.

The school would prefer experienced teachers with strong subject knowledge, however they would consider an NQT who had the right skillset to meet their needs.

Ofsted stated in November 2017:

“The head of school has a determination to improve teaching and learning. She is not afraid to make difficult decisions to ensure this happens”

“They have put effective systems and strategies in place which are having a positive impact on pupils’ learning.”

“Leaders have used the additional sports funding to improve achievement for everyone. Pupils now have access to a wider range of clubs and sports activities led by specialists; consequently, more pupils are taking part in after-school clubs.”

“Teachers’ expectations for the quality and presentation is high and planned, learning is well matched to pupils’ needs.”
