Type: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 

Kelly Services has been engaged to recruit Project Manager for one of the UK's largest marketing agencies. Due to business growth, we have a need for experienced Project Manager to work on a permanent basis offering immediate starts for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will have solid DM experience with an emphasis on understanding data and how it can be structured to create complex messaging variations. You will be responsible for scheduling and quoting the project with the client, making sure the deadlines are met and producing an accurate project specification for the data team to follow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Being the day-to-day contact for your client, keeping them informed at all times during the life cycle of a project and responding promptly, clearly and politely to all enquiries.
- Fully understanding the client brief, interrogating requests and suggesting alternatives where necessary to help client achieve aims with support from Team Leaders, Relationship Managers & Client Partners.
- Being in full control of your projects both internally and if necessary, with external suppliers including negotiation of schedules and costs.
- Rigorously observing procedures in line with ISO processes and following the Quality Management System.
- Ensuring that all documentation for each project is fully up to date at all times and supplied to relevant internal teams and suppliers and have written client approval where required.
- Ensuring projects are priced profitably, keeping to set margins where agreed, keeping quotations up to date and producing sales invoices within (a maximum) of 48 hours of job completion.
- Ensuring that knowledge and skills are kept up to date.

Personal Specification:

- Great educational background, preferably in the field of Marketing
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Prince 2 certification is a plus
