THE COMPANY: My Client a Nationwide Financial Services company is looking for a Marketing Executive that has come from a B2C retail background and has experience in strategy and multiple marketing channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that is expanding rapidly. 

THE ROLE:

- Produce annual marketing plan outlining monthly activity across multiple channels (print, social, digital, PR, email, events, etc.).
- Manage multiple projects - online & offline.
- Manage and implement UK email plan and secure management of data in line with company data policy and data protections legislation.
- Produce monthly and weekly reports on marketing activity for Retail Director.
- Manage internal/ third party suppliers and services (design and print).
- Create & implement marketing plans.
- Budget management - ensure all committed and invoiced spend is correctly recorded and corresponds with finance reports.
- Coordinate with Digital Manager to plan activity to deliver results in line with business objectives , develop online functionality and user experience.
- Produce launch campaigns for new products & services 
- Coordinate with PR manager to agree monthly PR and adhoc communication. Share all PR hits across the division.

THE PERSON:

- Min 3 years’ B2C retail marketing experience post marketing qualification
- CIM or IDM qualification desirable
- DotMailer experience (desirable)
- Demonstrable experience producing  content for email/social
- Strong CRM experience
- Demonstrable  experience working across marketing mix
- Strong knowledge of Data protection act Marketing compliance
