Senior Quantity Surveyor - Consultancy/PQS - London - Residential

A multi disciplinary consultancy with a reputation for delivering first class Quantity Surveying services is seeking a client facing and organised Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their fast paced London office. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide a diverse range of QS services including Cost Management and Employers Agent.

Predominantly working on private residential schemes up to £50 million, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will not only manage projects, you will also provide guidance and mentor junior members of staff.

This is an all-round Senior role and would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor with vast experience.

The Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will carry out Pre and Post contract duties and shall work alongside an Associate/Director

Day to day role will include:

  • Leading numerous Residential projects
  • Client liaison
  • Project Management duties
  • Preparing cost plans and reports
  • Pre and Post Contract
  • Preparing the final accounts

The Person

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have/be:

  • 12+ years Quantity Surveying experience
  • MRICS
  • Residential project experience
  • History of managing projects and teams
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience working with all levels of clients
