Telesales Executive

A unique and exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive has become available to join a well-established company based on the outskirts of York. This company specialises in providing a full portfolio of well-known high end office consumables B2B; providing a high quality customer service to match. The company is well known and expanding with and has been providing their services to UK based business for the past 10 years.

This is a new position but you will be working closely alongside two other people in similar roles who have been there for some time; you will enjoy working within a "professional family" environment, generating new business via the telephone from a database of new and existing clients. You will be maximising sales and managing existing accounts independently, working from a database; successfully cold calling potential B2B clients introducing the company and products.

The role includes the following;

  • Contacting businesses locally and nationally
  • Setting up new business accounts through cold calling.
  • Providing a professional account management service, whilst developing customer relationships.
  • To maintain and update the CRM system
  • Maintain and nurture a robust sales pipeline
  • Process sales orders for clients and suppliers
  • Generate quotations

The successful Telesales Executive will be diligent, target driven and have excellent communication and relationship building skills. You will be able to demonstrate a mature responsible attitude and have the ability to self-motivate whilst still working within a team and independently. You will be hungry to pick up the phone to target a range of existing and potential clients, displaying your natural sales focused mentality.

It is essential that you have previous experience in a B2B telesales role and will be driven and ambitious individual with the ability to hit targets.

It’s advantageous, but not essential you hold a UK driving licence as this would benefit you with career progression but also due to the location of the company.
