As part of a rapidly expanding and well marketed roofing manufacturer, this is a career-making role for someone who wants to build a brand presence in a new territory. The company are second generation family ran, with a growing facility and great backing from the office. In this opportunity you won't have to worry about ego's or technical issues or even capacity. The company have recently installed 3 brand new lines rolling out 4 million sheets a year on one shift. This role is perfect for anyone who is tired of having to battle for resources, and someone who is tired of being let down right at the end of the sales cycle by issues you can't control.

You will have access to brand new marketing initiatives and a world class facility. You will be responsible for developing a strategy to further target main contractors, sub-contractors and architects in growing the W-Mids and E-Mids territory.

What will your day-to-day look like?

You will work with a dedicated team for a well invested company. They have over £5m in the bank at any time, with zero debts and £4m worth of coil on hand.

You will apply your sales acumen to follow up on enquiries generated by the exceptional marketing and already recognised presence of this company, in order to win big commercial projects.

You will apply your technical expertise to all drawings and ideas. With your keen eye, you will be able to quickly identify over-engineered designs and resolve them.

You will attend post tender meetings and design meetings being an instrumental part to secure the projects in conjunction with the engineering team.

Rather than battling with subbies over price you will be value engineering solutions for main contractors and architects and selling on aesthetics and technical properties.
