My client is a fast-growing and successful finance lending company and due to an internal promotion they are now looking for an Office Coordinator to join their friendly team based in lovely offices in the West End.

You will work closely with the Office Manager to run the day-to-day office management logistic and facilities for the office, managing relevant third parties and act as a point of contact and provide personal administrative support and assistance to executive staff. PA duties will include arranging and coordinating meetings and events as well as managing diaries and appointments and travel arrangements. There will be project-based work to get your teeth into and be the first port of contact to incoming visitors and external clients. This role is NOT based on Reception.

This is a busy and rewarding role within the company and if you are eager to learn, are pro-active and have a good work ethic then there is lots of progression offered into other areas of the business.

The ideal candidate will be a 2nd jobber with 1-2 years experience in a similar role. You will have strong MS Office skills as well as sound communication skills with a warm and friendly helpful demeanour. This is hands-on role where you will have exposure to managing an Office whilst providing PA support to Senior Managers.
