As a Branch Manager you'll be the front line of our customer interaction, ensuring their every need is catered for and every question answered. You will be joining the team at an exciting time, helping to continue our growth and delivering first class customer service.
You'll also ensure equipment is dispatched and delivered at the right time to the right place, resolve any queries or issues the customer may have where possible to increase sales from the customer.
You also need to develop strong relationships with other parts of the business and use every part of your skill and experience to ensure our customers are happy.
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- PC literate
- Ability to prioritise work load and work under pressure to strict deadlines
- Excellent understanding and experience of managing Health and Safety practices at work
- Ability to understand and work with P&L accounts and budgets
- Capability to take ownership and responsibility
- Ability to adapt to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast-paced organisation
