I am currently recruiting for my Client in Ipswich Town Centre, who are looking for someone to provide administrative support to their team of engineers. Reporting to the Engineering Team Leader, you will be assist in providing estimates for repairs and reducing repair costs for their customers where possible
Other responsibilities will include reconciling invoices, answering calls and helping with customer enquiries.

You will ideally have previous administration or data entry experience, and be able to organise your own workload to meet deadlines. You will be comfortable in using IT systems (including Excel) and undertaking further training as and when required. A basic understanding of vehicles or an interest in the motor industry is desirable. This role would especially suit someone who has undertaken work experience or training in a vehicle bodyshop, garage, or similar environment.

The Client is offering a salary starting from £15,500-£17,000 per annum (depending on experience), and you will also be eligible for a competitive range of benefits, including free fruit within the office, and an Amazon gift voucher on your birthday!

This is a full time position, with hours between Monday to Friday.
