As a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, and highly profitable business, our client has created a growing portfolio of over 20 successful FMCG brands, targeted predominantly at the millennial demographic, both in the UK and internationally. They operate a multi-channel model which combines store based retail, as well as e-commerce and digital marketing operations.
The business is looking to develop the market share and footprint of its existing brands within the UK, and internationally and also launch newly developed brands into the portfolio. As such, the planning and delivery of effective online marketing is considered critical, and the role represents an opportunity to have direct involvement and a tangible impact on the commercial growth of the business. This position will be responsible for the day to day running and management of all PPC activity for the brands. I addition you will be responsible for;
- Analysing and drawing insights from data
- Constantly testing, learning and reporting different PPC methods
- Implementing innovative techniques to maximise campaign performance
- Working closely with the in house marketing, NPD and design team to ensure all campaigns and activity are maximised
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years PPC experience, and experience in paid social. You will need to be highly analytical with data, and an expert at Google Analytics. You will also be a problem solver; who can set and interpret KPI’s, and understand how to improve performance. It is important to keep up to date with current industry trends and best practice with PPC and SEO, and be comfortable straddling these two practices.
Experience within markets such as fashion, beauty, cosmetics, health and well-being would be of benefits.
