Are you an experienced trainer looking for a new role?

Are you an experienced team leader with training skills looking to move in to a training role?

Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for the introduction of new employees. You will mentor and train new employees providing them with the skills to fulfil the requirements of their role.

Thereafter you will develop and design training for individuals and their line managers with their on-going development.

Key Accountabilities:

*Effective design of training material documentation including workbooks, user guides and information briefs

*Competent training delivery utilising a wide range of learning interventions to both small and large groups and 1-1 training

*Utilise coaching techniques to improve individual and team performance

*Evaluate the effectiveness of training and application of training in practice

*To form excellent relationships with all levels of management in order to engage managers fully in the development of their staff and target learning intervention to best meet the priorities for teams and departments

*To work closely with the Information Systems Management team in order to devise new training material for the introduction of new projects and processes and amend existing material where changes to existing process documentation is undertaken.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

Essential
*A confident approach to facilitating learning, whether to large groups or coaching one-to-one, with the appropriate use of questioning to encourage delegate participation, gauge participant understanding and evaluate the effectiveness of the training being delivered.
*The confidence and skill to challenge the views, attitudes, behaviour and working practices of colleagues at all levels in the business in order to improve working practices and performance.
*Able to articulate technical and behavioural knowledge in a form that is easy to understand, absorb and act upon.
*Plan and produce high quality, easy to use training material.
*Effectively organise own time to ensure delivery against deadlines.
*Team player, able to work effectively as a member of a team in addition to the ability to apply individual initiative.
*Driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for people development.
*PC literate specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel with an aptitude for database based software.

Desirable
*Previous Trainer/Coach experience

You will be required too:
*Support the implementation of Industry programs
*Engage with L&D team and stakeholders to provide effective planning and training to meet business needs
*Review and establishes processes to manage training priorities
