Role: Clinical Operations Manager

Location: Southampton

Hours: 37.5 Hours a week (Monday- Friday)

Salary: £38,000 (+ £2,000 bonus)

Reports to: Regional Clinical Operations

Main duties of a Clinical Operations Manager:

The main duties of a Clinical Operations Manager are to work in this well known Healthcare Company, treating patients and delivering a high standard of patient care. As part of this you will:

  • Deliver clinical operational performance against daily, weekly and monthly KPI's through effective line management of the team.
  • Lead and manage the clinical team by ensuring utilisation of the operating tools.
  • Conduct sustainability audits and shadow clinical activity to check competence and compliance with company procedures.
  • Contribute to forecasting against the regional budget for the team
  • Participate in on-call rota as necessary for resolving clinical/operational problems
  • Undertake regular face-to-face clinical and management supervision of the team and individuals
  • Ensure that the clinical competence is maintained via the training, learning and leadership of others
  • Induct new team members in a positive and professional manner in line with company expectations.
