This company are a world leading manufacturer of digital printers along with 3D prototyping and engraving equipment. Due to their ongoing success they now require a Technical Support Advisor to join their team.
In this role you will be required to assistant customers through answering technical quires and offering product support both on the phones.
The ideal candidate will come from a technical support background, around computers, printers, gaming machinery or something similar, and will also have good customer service skills.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technical work and is looking to build a career in a technical and customer service environment.
