I am on the lookout for a bilingual (Spanish, French, German or Italian) speaking Purchase Ledger Supervisor with experience managing an Accounts Payable team, for a media company I am currently representing in Central London.

The successful candidate will be responsible (but not limited to):
*Managing a team of Accounts Payable clerks
*Processing payment of intercompany invoices and reconciling the accounts
*Acting as a support to Accounts Payable clerks in other departments
*Review of the Aged Creditors and taking action to reduce this figure
*Meeting monthly deadlines which includes approval and payment runs
*Reconciliation of the key purchase ledger accounts
*Improving processes and implementation

The ideal candidate will have:
*At least 2 Years experience within a shared services environment
*Supervisory experience within an Accounts Payable function
*Fluent German, Spanish, Italian or French (Essential)
*A strong attention to detail and team player
*Excellent communication skills as you will be mixing with non-finance individuals
