My client - one of the UK’s leading web portals are currently recruiting for a Telesales Account Executive to join their team.

This role in Internal Sales is a pivotal position, engaging with prospective overseas estate agents and dealing with existing clients, in order to grow market share, international footprint and revenues. This is predominately a new business role with retention activity also factored in. In summary the role offers the individual the opportunity be part of growing an exciting new channel, by treating it as their own business.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Proactive, energised outbound calling to prospect data on Salesforce and self-sourced prospects to present the businesses proposition
  • Dealing with incoming calls, queries and ensuring all clients receive first class service which means the highest conversion of inbound leads
  • Dealing with customers who are at risk of cancelling their membership and retaining their business through an empathetic approach which tackles the issues at hand for that customer

What you will actually do:

  • Delivering world class customer care by carefully understanding each individual customer`s needs, delivering on promises, resolving potential issues in a timely fashion, properly inducting new members and ensuring they understand how to utilise all back office tools etc
  • Utilising a best practice consultative sales process which aligns products to customer`s needs
  • Keeping current in terms of industry and market place knowledge
  • Aiming for stretching goals and strategising as to how to achieve them
  • Taking responsibility for and owning the target associated with your territory and forecasting accurately
  • Being optimal in creating as much customer facing time as possible in order to cover your territory and maximise opportunity for the Overseas channel
  • Maintaining customer data accurately on Salesforce CRM system
  • Communicating effectively with both internal and external customers and engaging constructively in team meetings with ideas to create success
  • Demonstrating agility to juggle multiple tasks and rapidly adapting in an evolving business environment
  • Taking pride in being accurate, diligent and well organised

What you will need:

  • Digital/Online Advertising telesales experience
  • Be motivated by ambitious targets and do what it takes to hit them

This role is paying a basic salary up to £27,000 depending on experience with up to £10,000 commission
