Hold weekly structured communication meetings with the team and give the opportunity to gain their feedback

department to Swagelok and visitors

Job Offer

Cycle Count Stock Checks to be done every day with at least 98% accuracy

Ensure all Health & Safety maintenance tasks are completed on time

Motivate team and be a visible presence

Attend Project Meetings weekly

Attend Customer Service meetings periodically

Thoroughly investigate Stock Discrepancies before they are sent to Purchasing for the system to be updated

Clearly communicate the reasons for decisions and be accountable for them

Encourage the team to give ideas on things that can improve our service to customers

Assist Director of Customer Operations with reviewing and updating team Personal Development Plans, KPIs and Job
