Our client is a leading Publisher of magazines, websites and events in the B2B and consumers sectors, and they are now looking for a Sales Executive to join one of their B2B brands.

The Role of the Advertising Sales Executive:

The primary objective of the role is to sell new business display advertising across print, online and email, while managing and developing key accounts.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Sales on the telephone and face to face

  • Identifying and acquiring new customers in order to generate new revenue and increase market share

  • Maintaining and growing a number of existing accounts and building strong relationships with those clients through regular face-to-face and telephone contact and high levels of customer service

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Demonstrable success in new business and account management

  • Experience of selling advertising across print, online and emails

  • Experience of selling multiple products is an advantage

  • Experience of planning and writing proposals for clients

  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to influence and negotiate for time and resources at all levels

  • Evidence of success in building and managing relationships with high level stakeholders

  • A team player both internally and externally

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and explain management information clearly to a variety of audiences
