A well established Investment company in Liverpool are looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join their ever growing business on a 12 month fixed term contract! They are looking to get someone started ASAP! 

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm 
£17,000/£18,000
Pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and also private healthcare!

Duties will include - 

· Establish, co-ordinate and monitor key data to ensure maximum accuracy and actively develop these monitoring processes to improve the data we maintain

· Work closely with internal contacts to recommend, plan and implement quality control activities

· Highlight key points to Client Static Data, Compliance and Middle Office via detailed reports, applying advanced Microsoft Office skills

· Develop new processes in line with procedural changes and regulatory updates

· Enhance department and organisation reputation by accepting ownership for the data that the department maintains, by accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

· Dealing with various queries from a number of different departments within the company 

· Assist with project work, training and offer support to other team members when required

· Maintaining departmental procedures in line with internal processes and regulatory requirements

For this role you will need - 

A minimum of 2 years office expeirence 
Effctively organise and prioritise your workloads
High level of accuracy 
Great problem solver and a high attention to detail
Good knowledge of MS Office packages
