The ability to develop and encourage news sales is pivotal to this role, thereby the ideal candidate will have a wealth of knowledge of the high end luxury clientele that this could appeal to. Reporting directly to the Spa Director the role is highly visible internally and externally.
Knowledge and experience of the luxury sales market and international luxury traveller markets are essential. The role also leads on public relations and marketing activities partnering with external clients as well as working with the internal PR Manager.
The duties of the luxury spa sales manager role within the hospitality and catering industry will include:
- Managing the day to day running of the spa as the Luxury Spa Sales Manager
- Managing all Spa staff
- Liaising closely with other establishments within the brand
- Leading the Spa and wider business areas to develop clientele
- Brand development for the group
- Bringing on and developing new residents to the Spa
The successful candidate will be both ambitious and tenacious and have a proven record in a similar role within the luxury sales hospitality market. Key to your success is the ability to think both strategically and analytically, leading the spa and the wider business to deliver the commercial strategy for the group.
