My Client based in Ipswich Town Centre is looking for a Sales Operations Team Leader to join their team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

You will be managing and motivating a team of Sales Support Executives to provide a high level of support and customer service at all times. Your desk will be located in a colourful office with a buzzing atmosphere (although this could be down to the unlimited tea, coffee, juice and fizzy drinks that are available to staff….and if you get peckish free fruit is also provided).

Responsibilities in this role includes work allocation, dealing with any issues/problems, managing the team’s performance, ensuring that sales opportunities are processed accurately and efficiently, and being the first point of contact for escalation to do with customer related sales support issues.

You will monitor KPI’s and offer training to improve overall performance and team development, ensure that data is recorded accurately on the CRM system (Salesforce) and generate reports for management and other teams where necessary.

The successful candidate will need to have had previous experience in managing a team within a high pressure environment, along with providing excellent customer service and relationship building. You will be able to think on your feet, and follow your own initiative. Ideally you will also have experience in successfully dealing with, or managing change, and knowledge of the Energy/Electricity industry.

Salary will be from £27-28,000 per annum/pro rata, plus benefits.
