My client a respected Financial Services organisation with offices throughout the North West. They are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning Administrator on a permanent basis to join their offices in Preston.
As a Financial Planning Administrator you will be supporting the Client Services team within Financial Planning and your responsibilities will include:
*Producing client valuations
*Obtaining illustrations and quotations
*Scheduling appointments and meetings
*Dealing with telephone calls from clients and product providers
*General department administration and filing duties
The successful candidate will have:
*Previously worked as a Financial Planning Administrator (Essential)
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Essential)
*Strong IT skills including MS Office packages (Preffered)
