Operational Performance Manager

I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operational Performance Trainer to join an established Financial Services company in Maidenhead who offer excellent benefits and working environment.
You will work closely with Operational Managers to assess the training needs of Customer Service teams and develop individual development plans to drive performance. The focus is very much on quality of service and the customer experience, so experience of developing performance training plans with quality at the heart in a fast-paced call centre environment is essential.
The plans you develop will be tailored to the specific needs of people with a range of experience levels, so the ability to effectively identify existing skills sets and develop corresponding development plans is critical.
Knowledge of FCA regulations through working in a Financial Services environment is highly desirable for this role while passion and the ability to motivate is essential.
