Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £18,000-19,500 (perm)
Our client is a successful social housing contractor who is looking for a Repairs Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team.
The role involves duties such as-
-Logging any repairs
-Liaising with tenants,
-Diagnosing, processing repair requests,
-Allocating jobs to the operatives using a diary system, and co-ordinating the operatives.
-Effectively communicating any concerns about work quality,
-Ensure all relevant data is up-dated on a timely basis,
-Resolving any complaints,
-Any other ad-hoc roles that may arise.
Experience and Skills Required-
For this role, you must have a good telephone manner, be organised, have the ability to prioritise work, and pay attention to detail.
You must have experience of diary management for operatives within a social housing environment.
