Business Development Manager

Your home in the company will be with the partnerships team. This part of the firm introduces new businesses through its ever-expanding network of affiliates in the UK and internationally. These partners will be organisations that have regular contact with individuals and businesses who need efficient and trusted Forex help. For example, imagine an estate agent, lawyer or mortgage broker in locations such as France, Portugal or Spain. Your job will be to contact these businesses and establish a partnership for them to refer clients to you. They will be confident that your company will provide outstanding levels of customer service.
This is a really interesting role - part business development and part account management. You’ll be mainly hunting for new business yet also spending time maintaining those partnerships too. You will aim to meet your partners face to face and promote the company’s Forex services through presentations, exhibitions, seminars and networking events.
Your objective is to build up your pipeline of referral partners and targets will be in place to ensure that these relationships are profitable.
As you can imagine, you will be the face of the business and the main point of contact for your partners. You will be warm, likeable, professional and love winning new business. This is certainly a job for you if you have a can-do attitude and you are naturally sociable and proactive.
Ideally, you’ll have 3+ years’ business development experience and an understanding of partnerships and account management. You must be able to show your sales talents with examples of regularly hitting targets.
Experience in foreign exchange or international property will be hugely advantageous.
