There are now new opportunities on our event teams for aspiring food and beverage industry professionals. Playing a pivotal role in the operational delivery process of our festival and outdoor portfolio. This role is both challenging and rewarding. If you want to grow your experience in a great environment it doesn't get much better! You will become part of the core operational team working closely under the direction of the project management team. You will be involved in the planning stages of a broad range of events over the contract term from music to high profile sporting occasions. The position will also involve managing operational teams on site around all elements of public bar drinks service. Being on the bar team means you see both the production prep and the front line of an impeccable service.

Our drinks delivery remains a key focus of the business and you will be driving this forward. Our business is 24/7 and hands-on, as an experienced hospitality professional you will be aware and prepared for anti-social hours, physical activity and long shifts working away on event sites. You will be working in often high pressure situations with tight deadlines and will need to take on additional responsibilities to the needs of the business.

? Working alongside the project management team with procurement / orders for stock, equipment and vehicles as required via suppliers or internal inventory ? Rotas / recruitment planning to budgets with overnight accommodation booking where appropriate ? Draft and issue event specific production schedules ? Create and order event specific stock items ? Assist in the procurement of required equipment under budget. ? Upholding the high quality and safety standards expected of the brand ? On site leadership and co-ordination of the build team, event staff and suppliers ? Assisting in loading and unloading vehicles, adhering to H&S guidelines and good working practices ? Leading a front of house service team, preparing and delivering drinks to a high standard ? Driving company vehicles to, from and around event site with team and equipment as necessary. ? Assist and lead where necessary the core event back of house operations, Inc stock and cash management ? Maintaining clean, tidy and efficient work areas always ? Maintaining good levels of communication throughout the event both internally and client facing where appropriate ? Monitoring general conduct and reporting any issues to the relevant managers and company directors ? Document and assist in social media and general brand on site awareness ? Upholding the high quality and safety standards expected of the brand

? Friendly, approachable and outgoing with a positive attitude and creative bar operational experience ? A background in a busy hospitality setting ? Ability to manage time efficiently ? Willing and able to follow direction from peers and management team ? Full, clean driving licence with access to own vehicle ? Personal License Holder ? At least 2yrs bar experience in a supervisory or upwards position ? Experience in Stocks Management and GP targets ? Fork driving experience / certified
