FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

Salary £30,000 - £35,000 basic + car allowance & uncapped commission (approx. OTE £70,000+)

MBA are currently working alongside a well-established and reputable Consultancy Services Company who have their headquarters in Manchester.

The company is a leading provider of Food safety, Fire Safety and Health and Safety software and services and they are looking to recruit a field based Sales Executive to cover London and some surrounding areas (dependent upon home location)

Role Overview

You will be focused on new business development, identifying and targeting sales to a wide market base of new customers and selling all the portfolio of the services of the company. The ability to build relationships and map other opportunities is key. The main areas you will work with are the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors.

You will join a team of field based Business Developers and will have regular contact with the office based sales and service delivery teams. The Digital Marketing team keep the CRM system populated with a wealth of qualified leads and you will have the support of the office based Appointment Setting Team

  • Ability to close sales face-to-face with people of all levels within an organisation
  • Strong negotiation and proposal writing skills
  • Reliability when it comes to data-management and information sharing
  • Relationship building both internal and external
  • Field-based sales experience in a BDM capacity
  • Ability to deliver a confident and informed sales pitch to a minimum of 3 people at once
  • Proof of hitting targets in a high pressure sales environment ideally in a start-up or smaller sized business
  • Full drivers licence
