One of the fastest growing businesses in Milton Keynes are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator. Ideally you'll be able to demonstrate experience working in a similar position and be confident dealing with a Payroll of approximately 200 members of staff.
- Carry out monthly payroll for over 200 staff
- Update system with new starters/leavers
- Deal appropriately with all queries
- Update all statutory payments as appropriate i.e. SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP
- Calculate occupational and statutory sick/maternity pay/redundancy payments
- Assist in other teams within the business
- Set up attachments of earnings
- Calculate holiday entitlement and holiday pay
- Ensure accurate reports are produced from the Time Management software
To be successful in this position it's essential you've had experience with Time and Attendance systems and are confident using Excel to a good level. This is a great opportunity to join a fun and lively working environment.
