A membership organisation that have been around for over 100 years, are looking for a driven and personable character to join their team as the new Membership Sales Executive!

Located in a very accessible and quaint area of SW London away from the hustle and bustle of the city you will become part of a close knit team who will nurture you and give you opportunity to play a pivotal role in the team.

As the new Membership Sales Executive you will be responsible for:
Increasing the membership of the organisation through warm leads: such as inbound phone calls, website visitors, exhibition sales and trade fairs
Ensuring all current members are receiving the best out of their membership
Updating and adding data to the CRM system
Creating and implementing marketing campaigns to past, prospect and existing members
Sales of advertising space in the membership publication to predominantly warm leads
Posting to social media platforms

To be successful as the Membership Sales Executive you will need:
To be a natural rapport builder and have a flare for maintaining successful professional relationships
To be able to work to deadlines and target driven
To have a proven track record in providing high-end customer service
To demonstrate great product and service knowledge
A solid understanding of Microsoft Office software and be computer-savvy

In return you will be offered a salary of £24k-£28k per annum and join a team of welcoming, driven and passionate individuals. The working hours are 09.00 17.00 with some flexibility around start and finish times.
