Salary to £23,000 + Benefits

An experienced Financial Services Administrator / Customer Service Administrator, ideally with solid financial services experience and excellent customer support skills, is required by a leading Financial Company based in Crawley. A salary of up to £23,000 plus benefits depending on experience.

In this varied role, the Financial Services Administrator will be responsible for handling incoming customer requests (including telephone calls, emails, LiveChat) and ensuring all issues are resolved. You will be required to follow all regulatory guidelines and will be trained on a number of financial products on offer.

Required skills
- Proven financial services experience (experience from within an IFA would be ideal)
