West Kent based Motor Claims Insurer are currently undergoing an expansion and are seeking experienced motor insurance individuals to join a range of exciting teams.

There are numerous opportunities for individuals with motor claims experience, including:

Credit Hire Handlers
Third Party Accidental Damage
Third Party Personal Injury
Visualfiles Developer
Technical Auditors
First Response Handlers.

The successful individuals will be expected to complete all, or a majority of the following duties:

- Provide a high quality level of customer service - including providing customers with industry information if asked
- Manage a portfolio of motor claims including Personal Injury or Property damage
- Validate claims with application of fraud

The ideal candidate will have all of, or a majority of the necessary skills:

- Previous motor insurance background
- Knowledge of motor insurance industry
- Professional and polite telephone manner
- Experience in claims
- Experience in a call centre type environment

It will be advantageous, yet not a necessity to have the following skills:

- Achieved or be working towards CII
- More than 1 year working within required industry

Salaries and working hours on offer depend on the role and relevant experience.
