The role: Inside Sales

Our Graduate Sales Team will be responsible for selling IT networking and security solutions into enterprises, Telco and Cloud providers and will work closely with experienced field sales teams within their assigned vertical market territory.

Our Graduate Program is designed to ensure you will truly be part of the sales team and will deliver value back to our business while learning and gaining invaluable experience. Responsible for selling Network and IT solutions, you’ll enjoy a wide variety of responsibilities in a varied role, including, but not limited to:

- Sell the product and services portfolio to new customers.
- Responsible for building an opportunity pipeline of projects with new customers
- Manages individual quota, track and reports opportunity pipeline and is responsible for forecast and execution.
- Drive business development initiatives to grow the business by identifying trends & collaborating with marketing colleagues regarding program implementations
- Generate and follow up leads and convert these into opportunities to drive incremental business.
- Responsible for customer support escalation of their own accounts – escalating calls and working with customer care if impact becomes critical.
- Work closely together with Telemarketing to generate leads.
- Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors' products and pricing and keep up-to-date on knowledge of the company.
- Develop relationships with channel partners and distributors for leads and joint sales activities.
- Build and maintain close relationships with new and existing channel partners in the region.
- Work closely with the regional sales teams to achieve booking targets.
