My client a highly successful insurance company based in the North West are currently recruiting Lead Generators to join their sales team.

The Role

Contacting clients through a dialler to fact find and gain all personal details from customers.

Generate valid, qualifying sales opportunities for the senior advisors.

Creating customer call backs, referrals and building relationships to take initial details from incoming calls,different data sets and enquirers.

Maximizing sales and revenue for the company wherever possible.

Transferring suitable calls to the advisors based on thee initial details taken.

Dealing with customers in a friendly professional manner by alwys adhering to the company's standards and procedures.

The ideal candidate

Fact Finding sills.

The ability to show empathy.

The ability to exceed targets and KPI's.

Good telephone manner.

Be able to objection handle to a high standard.

Willing to make a number of outbound sales calls.

Ambitious and self motivated.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work within a team.

Competitive basic salary alongside an uncapped bonus and incentive structure.

Full time hours.
