My Financial Services Company are looking for a Business Solutions Manager. This is a field based position to recruit firms within a defined geographic area in order to meet business plan targets for new Adviser acquisitions. The ideal applicant will live in the Midlands.

Some Key Tasks

  • To proactively prospect within the allocated area to secure new recruits in order to meet personal sales targets.
  • To assist in the development of the Groups proposition by implementing a systematic approach for collecting Adviser feedback, competitor and market intelligence and providing this to Marketing.
  • Awareness of operational and regulatory risk, which may impact on the Group. Responsible for reporting to their line manager any risk which may impact on the business.
  • To work in conjunction with the relevant RDM/Compliance Consultant(s) in order to build strong relationships at senior and board level with accounts in the geographical area allocated.

Knowledge & Experience


  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the Directly Authorised
  • Market Experience of working within the financial services industry
  • Full driving license is required


  • Basic Compliance Knowledge
  • Certificate in Financial Planning (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards within a set timescale.
