Inside Sales Manager (German Speaking)

£70 000 + OTE + Benefits

Our Customer is a major enterprise software company and it is currently hiring for a driven Inside Sales Manager to build, motivate, and lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives calling on our named accounts and prospects, in the DACH region.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage an Inside Sales team and work closely with assigned technical resources and the marketing team
  • Consistently deliver aggressive license, support and service revenue
  • Work with partners for maximum effectiveness and expansion
  • Player/coach: Hands on with the team; very involved with sales calls, territory/opportunity management, and strategy
  • Ability to negotiate favorable pricing and terms by selling value and ROI
  • Responsible for accurately forecasting on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Support sales leader in implementing strategic initiatives and promoting a high energy, high activity environment
  • Hire, train, retain the right team to match our growth

Your Background:

  • Experience hiring, building and coaching front line sales teams within a fast growing enterprise software company.
  • 10+ years direct and channel selling experience to enterprise and major accounts
  • Experience growing and scaling a team; second line management experience a plus
  • Experience selling and consulting with small and medium sized companies and selling a complex technology solution
  • Exceptional management, interpersonal, written and presentation skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Use CRM systems (Sales Force) extensively
